The privacy and security of the personal information we maintain is of the utmost importance to Curry Management Corporation (“Curry”).

Curry experienced unauthorized access to four employee email accounts. We immediately contained the incident and commenced thorough investigation. As part of our investigation, we engaged leading cybersecurity experts to identify what personal information, if any, was involved.

After an extensive forensic investigation and manual review, we discovered on May 7, 2026, that the accounts, which were accessed between September 6, 2024 and October 28, 2024, contained some personal information for Curry employees and customers.

The elements of personal information involved varied per individual but included Name, Date of Birth, Social Security number, Driver’s License or State ID Number, Financial Account Information, Payment Card information, username and password information, and Health information.

Curry has no evidence that any personal information has been or will be misused as a direct result of this incident. However, out of abundance of caution, commencing on May 13, 2026, Curry notified individuals whose information may have been included in the files accessed by the unauthorized party to the extent it had contact information.

Notified individuals have been provided with best practices to protect their information, and individuals whose Social Security numbers were contained in the impacted files have been offered complimentary credit monitoring.

Curry is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information in its possession and has taken many precautions to safeguard it. Curry continually evaluates and modifies its practices to enhance the security and privacy of the personal information it maintains.
